대한모발학회 학술대회는 1년에 한 번 개최되며, 해외학자 초청강연, 특강 및 교육 강연, 각종 구연 및 포스터 연제 발표 등으로 이루어지는 대한모발학회의 꽃이라고 할 수 있습니다. 제 1차 및 제 2차 심포지엄을 거쳐 2006년 제 3차 대회 때부터 정식 학술대회의 면모를 갖추게 되었습니다.
